The Raceline 'Duratec-R' cam cover is designed to fit both the 2l and 2.3l Duratec engines. As well as vastly improving the aesthetics of any Duratec installation, the shortened cam cover allows 2.3l engines to run at the same drive train angle as the 2.0l. The improved cam cover height is made possible by the low-line design and the recessed filler cap which sits centrally and is operated by an allen key. Cast in LM25 aluminium, the covers are available in plain aluminium or powder coated in black crinkle finish. The plain covers can be powder coated/ painted to customers paint preferences on request.

Raceline offer the standard Ford Zetec cam cover modified to two levels. The first is a simple red powder coated cover dressed back to expose the Ford and Zetec logos. The second cover is again powder coated in red (other colours are available for both cam covers on request) but with a carbon Zetec-R plinth inserted in a CNC cut recess, together with a spun aluminium filler cap. Both cam cover designs can be finished off with the cast aluminium cam cover insert (finished in black crinkle finish powder coat) which comes complete with mounting pedestals and capheads .
